Aquisition of 4 pipes GmbH by Uniwater Uniwater, one of the Nordic region's leading groups in water infrastructure, has acquired 4 pipes GmbH, an independent manufacturer and distributor of pipeline accessories, based in Nuremberg, Germany. The acquisition marks the group’s entry to Central Europe with a broader platform of water infrastructure products and is the fourth addition to the group in 2024. "We are happy to welcome 4 pipes and their strong team to the group. They have over the past 12 years built a strong platform in Europe and specifically the DACH-region. This acquisition strengthens us in our mission to deliver water infrastructure solutions securing water and sanitation in communities all over Europe, says Pål Warolin, CEO of Uniwater Group. Uniwater is one of the Nordic region's leading groups in water infrastructure, and its specialized subsidiaries offer comprehensive solutions for water and wastewater to the Nordic market. The baton is handed over officially. Mrs. Iliana Klingenberg has been appointed to Managing Director of 4pipes GmbH from the beginning of 2026. As Diploma Economist Iliana Klingenberg has been part of the 4pipes Management Team for 14 years. Thanks to her experience she enjoys the full confidence of our shareholders, customers, suppliers and the complete 4pipes team. Together with our technical Managing Director Jörg Klingenberg, she will lead the company into the future as Managing Director on the commercial side. Frank Hellmann continues supporting the 4pipes management in all the usual matters in his position as Director of business development.
