Aquisition of 4 pipes GmbH by Uniwater
Uniwater, one of the Nordic region's leading
groups in water infrastructure, has acquired
4 pipes GmbH, an independent manufacturer
and distributor of pipeline accessories, based
in Nuremberg, Germany. The acquisition
marks the group’s entry to Central Europe
with a broader platform of water infrastruc-
ture products and is the fourth addition to
the group in 2024.
Nothing will change for our customers and
partners. We will continue to be at your
disposal as usual.
The baton is handed over officially.
Mrs. Iliana Klingenberg has been appoin-
ted to Managing Director of 4pipes GmbH
from the beginning of 2026. As Diploma
Economist Iliana Klingenberg has been
part of the 4pipes Management Team for
14 years. Thanks to her experience she
enjoys the full confidence of our share-
holders, customers, suppliers and the
complete 4pipes team. Together with our
technical Managing Director
Jörg Klingenberg, she will lead the
company into the future as Managing
Director on the commercial side.
Frank Hellmann continues supporting the
4pipes management in all the usual
matters in his position as Director of
business development.
